A Few Tips:

*Listen to the Intro!

The first time you do breathwork can be quite an intense experience. The intro audio track tells you everything you need to know, including how to do the 3 part breath. For a video demo of this breath, see below.

Make it Your Own

Everyone will have a different experience, everytime. If you need to slow the breath and open your eyes, do so. If you want to really go for it, or breathe longer, do so. Trust your body.

Empty Stomach/ Comfortable Setting

Set yourself up somewhere private where you can really let go and be vulnerable. Make sure you can lie down with arms outstretched. Good to have a blanket, pillow, and some water nearby.

Breathwork is more effective (and less grumbly) on an empty stomach

Take Time to Integrate

Breathwork is a fantastic tool for bringing emotional shifts, life downloads, and creative insight. Consider giving yourself some time after the session to take stock of the experience - writing some notes down, or just moving slowly into your next activity.

Spotify Playlist Links & Instructions

Music is a huge part of the breathwork experience. Included in your download is a Goldenair Session with music. You may, however, want to mix up the tunes for a whole different ride. So here's are links to 4 curated Spotify playlists that are perfectly timed to accompany the "Goldenair Guided Session - NO MUSIC". Please note that you'll have to do this on a desktop/laptop. This is because smartphones don't allow for dual audio streams, and this is the only way to make sure these amazing artists get paid!

PLAYLIST INSTRUCTIONS (Desktop/Laptop ONLY):
