Goldenair - Guided Breathwork Session
Goldenair Breathwork involves breathing to an inspired soundtrack while Chris provides guidance and motivation. We take off with a two-part circular breath that is simple to learn. For a half hour, we go within, finding spaciousness, insight, and accessing a state akin to a ‘runners’ high’. As this 'work' section builds to a crescendo, we may release past trauma, blockages, and thoughts and feelings that don't serve us. From there, we change up the breath and bring in the ‘Goldenair'. Major shifts in perspective, and enlightened intuitions are common here. In the final ‘integration’, Chris leads a visualization exercise, promoting gratitude and clarity, and inspiring positive action in the world.
