Holding Space for Transformation

Facilitating breathwork has been the most rewarding journey of my life, both personally and professionally. Working with thousands of people across methodologies, in settings ranging from mountaintops to maximum security prisons, the response is always the same: life-affirming. The feeling I get is too: contribution.

The purpose of this training will be to share everything I've learned (almost:) about what makes for a safe, meaningful, and extraordinary experience for participants. We'll navigate with humor, heart, camaraderie, and a keen awareness of how we can support ourselves in the process of giving to others.

It's my intention that you leave this training fully confident to begin a lifelong journey of facilitating breathwork in whatever setting you choose. The world is your oyster:)

Reserve Your Spot (ASAP!)

The cost of the two day training will be $500

The training will come with a PDF handbook of resources, as well as a recording of the entire class.

Space is capped and limited so reserve soon with your name and a 50% deposit to either:

What We'll Cover

I believe a fundamental understanding of the power of our breath is crucial, not only in facilitating breathwork experiences, but in living an optimal life. Breathing properly can turn anxiety to calm, sickness to health, and inform everything from energy levels to heart health, asthma, and dental hygiene. We'll start with an overview of science and everyday breathing practices. From there, we'll learn the necessary protocols (and a bit of magic sauce) to host a safe, transformational breathwork session. Lastly, we'll go through some practical considerations for bringing your own breathwork into the world.

Introduction to Breathwork
  • A brief history of breathwork: How we got here

  • A foundational look at the science of breathing and CO2

The Biz of Breathwork

"Everything you do right now ripples outward and affects everyone. Your posture can shine your heart or transmit anxiety. Your breath can radiate love or muddy the room in depression. Your glance can awaken joy. Your words can inspire freedom. Your every act can open hearts and minds.”  - David Deida
